Thank you so much, Treesh! It was probably the most difficult thing I’ve ever done, but worth it. And I couldn’t have done it without the support of my friends and family.
Oh, that is huge! Congratulations! I wish i could say the same thing on my addiction to chocolate…oh who am i kidding..my addiction to all things food.
My hubby has been smoke free for 6 years and it is still hard for him! So i praise you and wish you the best of luck for a future of no smoke!!!
Thank you, Christy! And LOL–I still have other addictions, like chocolate and most food related things! I gained some weight when I quit but overall the health benefits make the little extra padding totally worth it.
And congrats to your hubby! It’s hard, but I find as time passes, the temptation lessens.
